Laura Ferguson, 1st & 2nd Grade
I graduated from Trinity Bible College with my BA in Elementary Education in 1999. I started substitute teaching in order to stay home with my, then, baby as much as possible. I have about 8 years of substitute teaching experience, long-term 4/5, and two years math specific. I have a lot of science in my background, I write children's books (though am unpublished), so reading and writing are exciting for me as well. I have two daughters (22 and 11) and a grandson (2). I enjoy camping, hiking, fishing, crafts, and trying new things. I absolutely love teaching and am very excited to be part of MFA.
